1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal for all transactions. You can securely pay through your PayPal account or use the PayPal Guest Checkout option with a debit/credit card.
2. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are exploring international shipping options and will notify you once it becomes available.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 4–8 business days from dispatch.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so we cannot always guarantee changes or cancellations. However, if you need to make a change, please contact us at charlesochao@outlook.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in unused, resellable condition. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for more details.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards, but we are considering adding them in the future.
9. Can I modify or add to my order after it has been placed?
Once your order is placed, it is processed promptly. If you need to modify or add to your order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll try to assist, but changes are not always guaranteed.
